• 2 ripe avocados, peeled and seeds removed
• 200g plain unsweetened yoghurt
• zest and juice of 1 lime
• ½ jalapeño (or ½ tsp Lucky Taco Jalapeño Hot Sauce)
• handful of coriander, roughly chopped
• pinch of flaky sea salt
• pinch of cracked black pepper
• Lucky Taco Chilli Salt
• Put all ingredients in a food processor (or use a stick wand), and blitz until smooth.
• Just before serving, add a sprinkle of chilli salt to the top of the dish. Best eaten on the day of making, but you can make it ahead — see the note on how to keep it vibrant and green.
