• Half Cup dark soy
• Half Cup light soy
• 2 TBSPN Kecap Manis
• 2 cups of water (1 x TBSPN chicken stock powder)
• Half TSPN ground white pepper
• Half TSPN Lucky Taco Chilli Salt
• 1 TBSPN apple cider vinegar
• 2 TBSPN vegetable oil
(Combine above ingredients in bowl)
• 350g chuck steak (cut into very small chunks)
• 350g chicken thigh (cut into very small chunks)
• 8 garlic cloves (crushed)
• Half medium white onion (finely diced)
• 20g knob ginger (crushed)
• TSPN chilli flakes (optional)
• 250g Vermicelli Noodles (prepare as per pack instructions)
• Reserve 1 cup starchy noodle water
• Broccolini on the side (optional) we just gently pan fried in sesame oil & added bit of water & lid to cover & steam for few minutes & topped with sesame seeds.
