• Heat water in large saucepan. Once boiling, add noodles.
• Set timer for 7 minutes.
• Mix crushed garlic, ginger, vinegar, chilli oil, sesame oil, ground white pepper & TLT Chill Salt together. Set aside.
• Once noodles are ready, turn off heat & drain into colander. Rinse with cold water to stop them cooking & getting claggy.
• Once noodles are fully cool - transfer into large mixing bowl. Add the sauce mixture. Get your hands in there & toss it all together, making sure every strand is coated with deliciousness! YUMBO. Have a taste - should be bangin’…
• Cover bowl & keep in fridge until ready to eat.
• When ready to serve, loosen the noods & divide into serving bowls. Sprinkle sesame seeds & spring onion on top. Enjoy!
