• 500g feijoa guts (leave in a colander overnight to let additional liquid drain)
• 1 cup sour cream
• 80g butter
• 1 tsp vanilla essence
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 tsp baking soda
• Half teaspoon Lucky Taco Chilli Salt
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 2 eggs
• 300g flour
• 4 tbspns brown sugar
• 8 Lotus biscoff biscuits (crushed) for cake decoration on top (optional)
