• 3 handfuls coriander
• 3 handfuls flat leaf parsley
• 2 tablespoons dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon Lucky Taco Habanero Hot Sauce
• 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
• 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt
• 3/4 cup olive oil
• 3 garlic cloves
• Put ingredients into a food processor and blitz until slack paste has formed. If it’s feeling to thick, slowly trickle in some more olive oil as it’s blitzing, until desired consistency.
• This is dynamite on a steak, lamb or any grilled meats!
