• 500G fresh tuna (or another firm fish you prefer)
• 2 x 400ml cans coconut cream
• 1 hot chilli (chopped finely)
• 1 red onion (finely diced)
• 1 capsicum (sliced)
• Thumb-sized knob of ginger (grated)
• 1 TBSN Lucky Taco Jalapeño hot sauce
• 1 TSPN Lucky Taco Chilli Salt
• 1 cup lemon or lime juice (half a cup over your chopped fish to 'cook it')
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 1 TSPN cracked black pepper
• 2 handfuls coriander (roughly chopped)
• Chop fish into 2cm cubes (bitesize).
• Pour over half cup of lemon juice and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
• Meanwhile, add all other ingredients into a mixing bowl.
• Taste & season according to your tastebuds.
• After 20 minutes, add your fish to the mix.
• Combine everything together. It should taste 'dreamy'.
